The article is generally based on the practice of S AIC-GM-Wuling employee training management. The research of this topic is combined with the popular training administration theories nowadays. The principal content of the first chapter in this article has introduced the total state and the present training condition of SAIC-GM-Wuling, and has analyzed both of them. A training administration model has been established in this article on the basis of the analysis, combined with training theories. And it has analyzed and studied the practice of training plan and the translation of training fruitage. The evaluation of the training effectiveness has analyzed and treated the significant, the practicability, the contents and the methods of the evaluation. On the basis of this, the article has analyzed and studied the evaluation of the training effect of SAIC-GM-Wuling.
