The article is generally based on the practice of S AIC-GM-Wuling employee training management. The research of this topic is combined with the popular training administration theories nowadays. The principal content of the first chapter in this article has introduced the total state and the present training condition of SAIC-GM-Wuling, and has analyzed both of them. A training administration model has been established in this article on the basis of the analysis, combined with training theories. There are totally four parts in this model: the analysis of training need, the establishment of training plan, the enforcement of training plan, and the evaluation of the training effectiveness. From the second chapter to the fifth chapter has assayed and studied on the four parts one by one. The analysis of training command has explained the generation of training command theoretically firstly. Then it has introduced the significance, the contents and the methods of training need. It also has identified the command of training. Then, the article has analyzed and studied the practice of training need analysis of SAIC-GM-Wuling. The part of the establishment of training plan has included three parts: the introduction of the kinds and contents of it, the selection of training programs and methods while the training plan is establishing, and the analysis and investigation of the procession of establishing the training plan in SAIC-GM-Wuling. The chapter of the enforcement of training plan has introduced its important function with related contents. And it has analyzed and studied the practice of training plan and the translation of training fruitage. The evaluation of the training effectiveness has analyzed and treated the significant, the practicability, the contents and the methods of the evaluation. On the basis of this, the article has analyzed and studied the evaluation of the training effect of SAIC-GM-Wuling. The sixth chapter has summarized the training administration proceeding of SAIC-GM-Wuling, the main content of the study in this part involves: the revolutionary of the organize form, the innovation of training management and the importing of advanced training technique and means etc...
