A Number Of Issues. Crimes Committed By Units For Study

The dissertation "A Research on Unit Offense Ponder" makes a tentative study on unit offence (stipulated by Chinese Criminal Law) based on the achievement of my devoted study and analysis, which is developed into following topics in four parts: 1,Polemics and legislations on corporate crime home and broad; 2,Basic conception and the innate characteristics of unit crime; 3, Subject of unit offence; 4,Criminal responsibility of unit offence.Part 1 is laid out to introduce briefly key viewpoints on corporate crime from foreign and native legal circle, and the practical legislation establishment in common law countries, continental law counties and in China as well. Part 2 begins to distinguish the concept of "unit offence" from that of "corporate crime" and moves to suggest my fresh definition after a step of further research on their intentions that what unit offence counts can be interpreted into a contradiction of its whole and individual characteristics. Part 3 focuses on analyzing the subject of unit offence, out of which comes up with my interpretation and conclusion on what a unit is in criminal sense and its concept and nature, etc. Part 4 is arranged to probe into unit offence responsibility in its essential characteristic, and in the end show my viewpoint, which is in favor of "entire liabilities doctrine".
