| Xi'an sonca high voltage porcelain insulator and electrical apparatus LTD. is a joint-stock enterprise from state-owned enterprise. A great achievement has been acquired in current years, but in which glut problems of developing-related technical innovation .The main problems are as follows: (1) The capability of technical innovation is low, and the resource input is lack; (2) There are no systematic theories and applicable methods as guidance. Technical innovation policies and strategies are not definite. (3) Technical innovation policies such as capital input polices, institutional policies, and technology-elite motivating polices is imperfect. All these will hold back the company's develping pace if they are not soved in time.Through the description and explanation of the term technical innovation and related theories, the paper makes an insightful analysis of technical innovation problems existing in Xi'an sonca LTD. Considering product characteristics of the company , through SWOT method technical innovation strategy is set forth ; The new delsloping and research system is constructed ; Furthermore, the product and the process innovation strategy on pillar products is laid down (the product and the process innovation is extened to seviece innovation and materials innovation properly) . In the study we have reseached the capital input policies, the institutional innovation policies and the technology-elite motivating polices,and a series of original suggestion are given, such as setting up technology research foundation, employee rotaion arrangement, virtual technique shareholding , annual payment for technical leaders and the like.Following the main thread of technical innovtion, aiming at constructing a technical innovation system and the corresponding framework, whereby finding a particular applicable way of technical innovation for the company. |
