| With the rise of strategic alliance worldwide, the enterprises strategic alliance has been realized by more and more people regarded as the new-type cooperation organization and management ideal. Under the environments of intense and complicated market economy, strategic alliance is the sign of higher competence level of enterprise collaborating to compete style. This article researched and summarized the main points of the present theory of strategic alliance firstly. Then the paper used logic inference method and based on the core competence theory and the value chain theory research on that the enterprise strategic alliance enhance competitive advantage to another enterprise and create the higher value in the alliance. The two aspects are indispensable conditions that strategic alliance exist and develop. From the two aspects, the paper also analyzes the process to create new competitive advantage to another enterprise and bring the higher value through Economics of scale, Economics of scope, Economics of speed and Economics of knowledge. Next, because strategic alliance is frequently failure when it was carried out, this article analyzes the organization and implementation of strategic alliance. And from four aspects of definite strategic target, clooseing proper alliance partner and structure, and establishing effective alliance management, the article analyzes how to build the science management mechanic in order to increase the success probability of carrying out strategic alliance in practice. Finally, the paper point to that strategic alliance as the new-typeorganization give us some notices that has the important realistic meaning for the Chinese enterprises in the present economy environments. Meanwhile, the paper brings forward some ideas and suggestion to the further development of Chinese enterprise strategic alliance in order to gear to the development trend of market competence in the future. |
