Content: As the basic industry of national economy. China's electric power industry is set monopolistic station, but this mode has not fit whole developing environment of national economy. Monopoly brings power industry on lacking immanent developing motivity, low efficiency of produce and management, thereby progress of technology and advance of social productivity are blocked. On the other hand, in the field of generate electricity, contradiction between many main body of interests has appeared. A lot of thorny problem has come into being because of this traditional system. With an eye to new development under new position, separation of power plants from power networks and introduces competitions mechanism and push electric power market reform has been initially realized.With further deepening of joining WTO and power institutional reform in China, power market has changed seller's market to buy's one at many region. The problem that faced power enterprises is how to open and occupy the market, and can survive and develop under competition circumstances, thus electric power enterprises bring larger function in national economy structure. So the most important work of power enterprise is to realize present marketing information and adopt good market strategy.During the deepening of power institutional reform, marketing of power enterprise is the shoulder heavy responsibilities. In order to win larger market, power enterprise must be guided by market demand, deepen basic establishment rebuild, provide best service, and innovate and develop lastingly.In the first and second chapter, developing position of Inner Mongolia west power networks and present running status of power market are analyzed in detail. In the third and fourth chapter, aiming at demand exceeds supply and supply falls short of demand of Inner Mongolia west power networks, two kinds of marketing strategies of power market are brought forward. In the fifth chapter, developing problem of the power network that must be solved instantly is analyzed and also countermeasure is put forward.
