Because they are under the pressure of the fast variety of exterior environment and rival's rapid reaction, the business enterprises, which are placed in the dynamic environment, must increase the efficiency of strategy, and they must have rapid response ability to environment variety. Establishing of the strategy information system redounds to improve the efficiency of the business enterprises decision-making and increase the business enterprise's rapid reaction ability. The Strategy information system (SIS) is an integrated information system, which based upon the dynamic environment information and the business enterprise information of internal resources ability, make use of the technique of modern data warehouse and data digging. The strategy information system can make full use of the internal and external business enterprise resources, realize the unification of the sharing of the business enterprise internal information, the exchange of exterior information, the integration of the information system, offer accurate basis of decision in time and reasonable predict analysis scientifically, with estimate of reasonable science, strengthen the business enterprise's competition strength.
