Third-party Logistics Companies In The E-commerce Environment, Vehicle Scheduling Research

With the development of the EC (electronic commerce) , the restricting influence of the "logistic bottleneck" is being prominent. We must optimize the physical distribution system to meet with the requirement of EC' s development. The optimization of delivery vehicle dispatch system is one important part of the optimization of the physical distribution system.The thesis just focuses on the real requirement, taking advantage of the integration of advanced optimize algorithm and the geography information system(GIS) , and does the research on the delivery vehicle dispatch system that is fitted in with the third part logistics company. The research includes two parts, one part is the research on the algorithm solution to the VSP, the other part is the research on the GIS system , VSP ( Vehicle Scheduling Problem ) is a typical NP(Nondeterministic Polynomial) problem?In the thesis, the Genetic Algorithm is utilized to solve the VSP. The second part of research is setting up a auxiliary system based on the GIS system, by which we can make the procedure of the vehicle real-time dispatch management visible, and being enlarged through the combination with the locating technique ( GPS ) and the telecommunication technique(GSM) .
