China's Listed Companies Financing Behavior And Capital Structure

Capital structure that is a centralized reflection of shareholders' rights and obligations, determines the managing structure of corporations, and further influences on their behavior characters and value, therefore capital structure is "genes" of the modern corporations. The reasonableness of capital structure is worth studying and discussing in the establishment of financial management system suitable for market economics. In view of these issues, the capital structure of listed corporations was systematically studied with the behavior-structure-performance path in this dissertation.
