When the Grid computing environment becomes more operational, potentially tens of thousands of users will be actively using resources made available to them by Grid resource providers. Although Current Grid infrastructures have initially solve some questions, such as security, uniform access , resource management , scheduling , and application composition, but the computational economy issues are yet to be addressed more effectively. And with the development of the Grid computational economy, we should take more attention to the account allocations on the Grid. This paper proposes a more powerful Grid computational economy infrastructure, which can be adapted to all kinds of economic models depending on the user's QoS, adopting the technology achieved. At the same time we take more attention to the account allocations, we introduce cache-table mechanism for distinguishing users, so it will be a more effective way to allocate account templates, at last we prove the result with theory.
