Supporting decisions is always one of the challenges the software engineering faced. ERP, POS, the market survey, suppliers, customers, WEB, government never stop adding information to our database. In fact, the amount of information doubles every 18 months, however, according to the some project experts' estimation, the data that can be analyzed is only 7%, and the data sources which can be analyzed is only limited to the data base. To raise information utilization is the driving force of business intelligence. Business Intelligence including data warehouse, OLAP and data mining can help managers in finding valuable knowledge and present the result to them with concise form sheets.The author advanced a Business Intelligence framework. According to the framework, the author aims at the Business Intelligence system implementation including the requirement analysis, measuring of business intelligence project, choosing business intelligence application tools and integrating the business processes. Besides, the author brings forward a series of solutions that are helpful to Business Intelligence system implementation.The text is divided in six chapters. Chapter one is the overall analysis of the concept of Business Intelligence, including the links between business and CRM, ERP and who will use the Business Intelligence system. Chapter two analyzes the application structure and technological content of Business Intelligence. Chapter three launches discussing, putting forward the requests of some organization respects of structuring Business Intelligence. Chapter four is about the requirement analysis of Business Intelligence. Chapter five solves the implementation of Business Intelligence system. Chapter six analyzes the trend of Business Intelligence in the following several years, in order to drive the enterprises to further their own Business Intelligence strategy.
