Chinese Intellectual Property Rights And Technological Innovation Role Empirical Research

The paper, based on the theory of philosophy of science, with views of new institutional economics, analyzes the relationship among intellectual property, sci-tech innovation and knowledge drive, and expounds economic prosperity not only to rest on the sci-tech innovation, but also to rely on knowledge drive under the condition of intellectual property protection.Four points in this paper describe and analyze the relationship between sci-tech innovation and knowledge drive. The first one on the condition of intellectual property protection stresses the contrast between China and the west. The second one underlines the dynamics of philosophy of science, thoroughly analyzing the nature of intellectual property, sci-tech innovation and knowledge drive, and logically drawing the conclusion: if intellectual property is protected correctly, then sci-tech will innovate quickly; if sci-tech innovates quickly, then knowledge will excel powerfully; if knowledge is excelling powerfully, then the economy should prosper. The third one clarifies the question that harmful protection of intellectual property hinders sci-tech innovation and knowledge drive. The last one proposes some plans and means by which to prosper the economy and strengthen sci-tech innovation which will in turn spur the market.
