On The Contemporary Evolution Of The Chinese Working Class Internal Class And Its Leadership Role To Play

The inner stratum of Chinese working classes is constituted by industrial workers at beginning. At this period, although they were single, they are open strongly. After the foundation of China, the model of social class stratum was set up on the basis of new economic structure, that is "Four classes, one stratum" which were working class, peasant class, the small bourgeoisie, national bourgeoisie and governor stratum, not only close to but also independent of working class because of special social functions. Then, working class as ruling class was the same as before not only in terms of inner stratum but in the economy. After finishing the socialist reform of private ownership, consequently, the stratum of social class were changed a lot. There were only two classes in China, working class and peasant class. The intellectual were one group. At that time, the model of class was "two classes one stratum". While at present, the inner stratum of working class was classified into governor stratum, the professional technician stratum and industrial worker stratum. There were two reasons why the inner stratum of working class changed: 1.The gap of incomes the inner groups of working class had got was deep resulted from economic transformation.2.The government supported governors instead of workers. The transformation of working class influenced the leadership of them. First, the improvement of quality of working class had an effect on leadership. Second, the evolution of the inner groups of working class resulted in the unbalance of social positions in working class. And the last was that the unemployment of industrial workers affected their leadership. The next stage was to establish and transform the leadership of working class. First, the establishment of leadership of working class was required by socialist systems. Second, working class as main body was the main reason of establishment of leadership of working class. At new era, the transformation of leadership of working class mainly talked about the leading ways and leading contents.
