The science revolution of financial area which arises in America since 1970 initially Ls spreading quickly and becoming the focus of the whole world. Generally speaking, there are four factors as following shows to cause this revolution.1) The development of the computer and communication technology.2) The development of the financial theory.3) The internationally change of the market.4) The change of the government's attitude of market control.All these factors above mentioned have direct and huge effected of the financial field. However, it was very difficult to do the judgment that which one is the most important factor in this science revolution of financial area. Therefore, maybe it is a joint effect of these four factors.The development of the computer and communication technology leadsthe widely used of the internet.
