And the market within China in this field exists great potential. But the development of SST(Shanghai Symphony Telecommunication)still faced with many trouble. SST can make full use of its sharehoder's brand worthy to establish the customer's loyalty.together with the technology.management and globle cover advantage from AT&T,and the local advantage of China Telecom. While in order to make stable progress,SST may persist on communication with the media to make SST become a well-know company both at home and abroad.Cost Control. From engineering point of view,this paper analyzed the method of cost control about engineering project.And suggested making great advantage of Operation Support System to utilize the limited resource and hence increase the profit.Product Combination. This paper analyzed the combination of several product of SST,using the method of Boston Strategy Matrix Module.lts discussed about how to combinate several products with different situation and potential market.The last but not the least, this paper studied some game theory about how to set up the good relationship between SST and Chinese telecommunication partner.
