Road Transport Enterprise Assessment, Evaluation, Monitoring Index System

The examining, evaluating and monitoring index system for road transport enterprise studied in the thesis is the auxiliary means of industrial management with the purpose of providing industrial administration with foundation for macroscopical control and then facilitating the standardization and high efficiency of management.Firstly, the paper elaborates the research idea, divides the index system into examining, evaluating and monitoring index according to various administration demands, and introduces and appraises the current domestic and overseas index system. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the theoretical basis and background of research, discusses the significance of research and compares two research methods. Thirdly, it concludes the developing conditions of road transport enterprise since the implementation of reform and opening policy and points out the directions for its development, analyzes the current stations and existent problems in road transport administration, and draws upon the advanced experiences of overseas administration. Fourthly, it establishes a set of comprehensive, integrative and systematic examining, evaluating and monitoring index for road transport enterprise and gives detailed explanation about the connotation, meaning, computing method and application of each index. Finally, it proposes the relative measures to ensure the implementation of the index system from the prospective of organizing, legislation, information technology and human resource.
