This article provides both theoretical perspectives and practical tools for analyzing, developing and evaluating British Judicial Review in a variety of specific institutional and cultural contexts. It focuses particularly on changes in the reforms of Judicial Review in British. The history of Judicial Review theory and legal system gives us many lessons, which would help us to promote our Chinese Judicial Review institution. Some issues are fundamental to the processes and politics of developing of the Judicial Review, others concern the relations of new technique practices. |
