This article argues the principle of adoption . the form and the development of the adoption legislation and the legislative evaluation of our country .with the present defect of our adoption legislation ,the author points out the best way to perfect it .Through the analysis of other country 's legislation ,the article thinks we should establish a system of adoption which can combine its period and area characters with its legislative idea and background .We should develop the advantage of this system and avoid its defect .This is the best way to adjust the different adoption system of different areas in our country .
