| This dissertation elaborates Grime of Manipulating Stock Swap Price, which is a typical security offence. This crime is one of offences against socialist market economy order. It introduces the character, social harmfulness and security laws in the United States, Japan and Taiwan. It focuses on the legislative disadvantages and the suggestions our country should take. The author thinks the legislative bodies should pay more attention to judicial interpretation and punish a criminal with the deprivation of working for securities.
