Movable Delivery System

With the development and perfection of our legal system, now the civil law and the law of property right are in making. And in them, the changing way of movable property right-delivering and possessing of the movable property has always been one of the points at issue in educational circles.This article begins with the origin of delivering system, and tries to completely state the status and function of delivering system, component part of delivering action and constitution of delivering system, thus in macrocosm, we can exactly grasp the position of delivering system in the law of our land. This article also briefly appraises the suggestion draft of the property right law by Prof. Wang Liming. I hope this article will be helpful.
