Capital Structure Of Listed Companies In China To Study

Capital structure problem is not only an important problem in enterprise financial decision, but also the key that company governs. Which factors will affect the option of capital structure, and how about the influence level? What are the optimization channel and the evaluation criterion of optimum capital structure? What about the relation between the capital structure and the company government? Whether can the option of enterprise for capital structure transmit some valuable information to investor? These problems always perplex the theoretical researcher and practice' s discuss. This is so-called "the riddle of capital structure " . However, people are unceasing to try from new angle to explain the practice of capital structure.Now, under the running condition of capital market in our country, it has practical significance to research the capital structure of the listed companies.In my opinion, as the pioneer in the reformation of the enterprise system of our country, the listed companies have more sound management, institution in the same lines, the higher level of management and the better economical benefit, so, this research considers our listed companies as the researched objects, and carries out the systematic research about the capital structure. It is not only to systematically introduce the western capital structural theory , analyses the actualities and reasons of our listed companies' capital structure , but also carry out the qualitative and quantitative description about the factors which affect the capital structure . On this foundation, this research elaborates the relations between the capital structure and the governing structure, and analyses some problems about capital structural optimization, it have the double meaning of theoretical analysis and practice research. But the research level of author is confined, the problem that this paper discusses still deserve to study further.
