Research, Production And Quality Management Information System Based On The Idea Of ​​workflow In The Printing Industry

Contemporary corporations are facing variant changes and global competitions. To improve the competence of manufacturing systems, companies, organizations and researches have made great efforts in the research of Workflow Management System (WfMS). This thesis bases on the theories of Workflow and Mass customization. In the analytic process we apply the modeling method of PMW based on the PetriNet and develop the manufacturing system.The main contents are as follows:Chapter one describes the background of Workflow, the significance of studying it and content of this thesis.Chapter two describes the development, the basic conceptions, the classifying, the modeling method and the trend of Workflow and Workflow Management System.Chapter three firstly describes the shortage of ERP and contrasts the ERP with Workflow Management System and then introduces the integration of ERP and Workflow Management System.Chapter four firstly describes the definition, characteristic and localization of Mass Production, and then explains the necessity of changing from Mass Production to Mass Customization, finally we introduce the application of Mass Customization in the Print.Chapter five describes the definition and structure of PMW and applies it to the modeling of the manufacturing system.Chapter six describes the manufacturing system based on the theory of Workflow.
