Family violence is a global society issue . The main reason of this issue is malism and the view that women are vassal in history and society. Anti-family-violence has become the common issue of all human being. With the clew of history and based on the cases and laws in the U.S, Canada, Norway, Korea, Taiwan and other regions, this thesis analyses the connotation of family violence, legal feature of family violence and influence on anti- family-violence legislation ofvary legal ideological system, raises the author's point of views and the relatedlegislative suggestion.
