Explore The Theory Of China's Telecom Industry Reform

This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter gives any elementary concept and principle about natural monopoly and telecom. In the second chapter, the author introduces the reform history of our telecom, analyzing the necessity and press of reform. The third chapter makes a contrast studies between successful experience and failure lessons of other countries in the word. Drawing lessons from international experience is an important measure in our reform process and it is also being used in telecom. This part narrates other countries reform course and gives relative summary. The forth chapter is the most important part in this paper. It points out the principle which we must obey with during our reform course. This part includes three layers. First layer introduces the classifications of monopoly and put different telecom business into proper category; the second layer narrates their gradual changing process; the last layer analyzes effective competition theory. Finally, at the last part of this paper, the author points out the developing trend of telecom in technology and operation, on this basis putting forward some feasible suggestions.This paper analyzes how to order right policy on basis of our national conditions and how to make our telecom more strong and competent.
