The transmission problem of monetary policy is a very important problem that is about operating degree and effect of monetary policy and its transmission channel. It is referred to many aspects of economy. To study the monetary policy transmission problem of our country is also have very important meaning for our country in the process of implementing macro-economic management and monetary policy.At the present stage, there are many limited factors that hamper the transmission of monetary policy, including draggled monetary market and interest rate system, monopolization of state-owned commercial banks and non-profit restricting behavior of banks. The author thinks the main transmission channel of monetary policy in our country is still transmission channel of bank lending. So this thesis is at the point of our deposit-money banks and uses some newly theories and methods of monetary finance, comparative finance, management and econometrics to make research on the western countries and our country's transmission mechanism of monetary policy; the present transmitting status of our deposit-money bank and its affecting factors in the process of transmitting monetary policy. It also uses puts forward some suggestions to gradually eliminating and reducing these limited factors in the level of deposit-money banks, and to improve transmission status of our deposit-money banks.The study aim of this thesis is to help resolve the institutional problems of our banks for which hampering the transmission of monetary policy and make a stable foundation for advancing the effect of our monetary policy transmission.
