On The Contingent Obligations In The Contract

Obligation followed is a very living factor in the space of contract world. Performing obligation is strict and maybe not such suitable as forward one when facing complicated contract. But because of soft characteristic feature of obligation followed, how to take knowledge of and take charge of and then focus and use it becomes a complex and important question.Based on taking reference on former research , the author analyzes systematically obligation followed and civil law concerned in China.The author thinks that current obligation followed legislation in China is very logical and question is that knowledge about obligation followed we have possessed is not enough to take use of it in the world of legal practice.In order to solve difficulties mentioned above, the author separate the paper into four parts to say something about it. In fact the paper has three parts. Part one illustrates the definition and features of obligation followed. Part two says something about difference between obligation followed and other obligations in contract. Part three discusses legal result when obligation followed is break.The paper puts forward: Characteristic features of obligation followed and differences between it and other contract obligations; legal result when breaking such obligation; and subject to solve the problemcaused by the three party in the form of responsibility not true but related.
