On China's Social Security System Reform And Development

The social security system has the prominent uses in modern society, wising commended as the "manostat" of society, the "shock absorber" of the economy circulation, the "modulator"of the social fair's realization. Our general target is "constructing the social security system which is substantive beside the public institution, have diversified funds source, have normal security system, have social security management system". According to such a way of thinking." have a foothold front, fix attention on farsighted, gradually perfect, insisting to set out from the situation of our country, insisting the security level and production is fit for the development, insisting the right unify with the duty, insisting efficiency and fair combined", we adopt seven measures to reform and perfect our country's social security system.
