On " Peaceful Rise " Idea Is China's New Development Of Marxist Theory Of International Relations

Premier Wen Jiabao gave a speech at Harvard University entitled " Cast your eyes to China" on 10 December, 2003. For the first time Chinese top-level leader put forward the idea " Peaceful Rising". The raising of this idea attract wide attention and debate of the media as well as academic circles in and out of China.
