China To Further Improve The Prison System

The jail system changes continuously along with variety of the jail function. National jail system was founded in new China early. The jail function had experienced three stages mostly. During the first stage, standing 10 years, from establish of New China to 1959 when general amnesty, main mission of jail is to cracks down various kinds of war criminal and the counter revolution, and jail is a tool of people for democracy autocracy. During the second stage, from 1959 to the Cultural Revolution had been over, jail' s main mission is to attack land louder, kulak, counteraction and right. During both of these two stages, China society was placed in planned economy system which adapted jail system mostly, and was closed relatively. The function of jail had once developed importance effect in reform criminal when that stages. During the third stage, from reformation and Open until now, the current jail system exposes many problems and shortages along with that the socialism market economy system establish gradually and the demands of execute mode of internationalization, industrialisation and socialization.Basic on analyzing the current national jail system profoundly, the countermeasure which would perfect the national jail system more is advanced in this paper. All this paper, covering about 32 thousand words, is divided into three parts. The actuality of jail system of the national is introduced and main content, basic characteristic and theoretic base by which jail system produce are expatiated in the first part. Problems and shortages existent in the current national jail system, for insistence on aspects of jail manage and community rectification, is analyzed in the second part. In the third part which is the emphases of this paper, the countermeasure which should perfect the national jail system more is mainly expatiated.
