Enterprise logistics is involved in a quite new field in unified management, which mission is defined to make the correct goods or service with the proper state arrived at the right place in order to do the best contribution for the enterprise. Compared with the conventional finance, marketing and production field, its novelty lies in accomplishing the corresponded management between transportation and storage, In the meanwhile, it implicates that the service value concept of customer satisfaction is increased and the potential of products sales income is expanded. Sinochem International Co., Ltd. was found by China Sinochem General Company five years ago, succeeding in listing in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2002, implementing the strategic southern movement in 2001, just being for the sake of achieving grand prospect in Shanghai trade circle. Unfortunately, the independent accounting among each business department resulted in the emergence of the bottleneck in unified enterprise logistics management. How to find relevant key points have been put onto the agenda of Sinochem International Co., Ltd.The main purposes of choosing this company as the object of study are:A) Taking the diagnosis of Sinochem International Co., Ltd. with the purpose of obtaining the strategy to enhance the logistics management level;B) Providing new train of thoughts for logistics management and development of trading and manufacture enterprises;C) Providing the feasible suggestions for Sinochem international Co., Ltd. regarding long-term strategy of enterprise logistics.The thesis is divided into four chapters, spreading from the near to the far with clear levels. Generalizing the drawbacks and counter-measures on one hand, it also poses a series of feasible proposals with particular emphasis for the future operation and management, on the other hand, a new route of logistic development has been provided for Sinochem International Co., Ltd.The first chapter makes an account of the investment on the company, theinvestor-China Sinochem General Company reorganized all excellent assets to list and framed the three major strategic goals. Thereafter the author induces various aspects of operational results since the opening of business such as the modes of management, the flows of operation, the ERP system, the regime construction, etc.In chapter two, the author makes objective analysis of the distinct problem. It is especially stressed that extended discussion involves in the financial index, the ERP of information technology, the flow of trading business and enterprise logistics. The author lists the present drawbacks existed in above four aspects, and roundly points out that integration of the enterprise logistics procedure is imperative under the situation.In chapter three, on the basis of analysis of SWOT and enterprise logistic manage competency, the author uses a series of perfect strategy management measures to point out how to well meet exterior logistics circumstance and constantly suit the developed demand and challenge of global new economy in severely competitive market.The fourth chapter put forward to actualize the development strategy of the integrated logistics in the interior company -Separation of business and logistics, which is with regard to improve the operational and controlled levels in each section of logistic chain in external, and to fulfill the independent accounting and inside assessing between business and logistics. In details, it means to surround the logistic management department, controlling the venture of goods security, saving business cost, providing the informational and operational support for trading decision. The author finally points out the strategic process: firstly, centralizing transportation management; secondly, building up national distribution center; lastly, upgrading ERP system to set up unified logistics informational and operational platform.
