In the 21st century, many enterprises have paid close attention to knowledge and learning than ever. Especially with the coming of new economic era and China's joining in WTO, the hot wave of information revolution and economic globalization has coming nearer and nearer. World competition will be more intense. So our enterprises are thinking about how to face intricate situation and deal with unforeseen future. They all agree they should create a set of interdynamical learning system and share it to improve enterprise's core competition and realize sustainable development of the enterprises .Peter's learning organization methods have turned out under this epoch background. It helped enterprises create learning organization to adapt to the developing situation by self-transcedence, systemic thinking, team learning, improvement of mental pattern, establishment of common vision. The methods emphasized person's development is a key of enterprise's keeping up core competitiveness continually and endless source of enterprise's creative activities. People are carriers of knowledge. The value of Knowledge needs be reflected through individual practice. And individual knowledge will play a great role by being combined with team learning. Creating learning organization not only led to the change of enterprise knowledge, belief and action, but also strengthened enterprise's creative capability and mature power. Especially during the economic transformation period of China, learning organization methods will be magic weapon of helping enterprises' casting valley and facing shaking situation. I believe learning organization will be successful mode of future enterprises.For this, I spent much time and energies to research learning organization methods. They especially accord with China's current reality and can point out clearly the direction how to make good use of China-Western culture. There are lots of discussion about the methods, but few people talked about how to create learning organizations with Chinese-characteristic. And this is also puzzlement which enterprise administrators' are anxious to solve.So I had looked up many books and visited some companies and schools for these. With the help of Professor ChenZhi, I attempted to explore the field. In this paper, I brought forward design plan of learning organization with Chinese-characteristic by means of its mental pattern, framework and space expanding. I hope the methods will be used successfully in China.
