Transformation Of Road Freight To Modern Logistics Enterprises

Through analyzing the development, concept, character of logistics and making comparison between the road freight enterprise and the modern logistics enterprise, this article puts forward that it is one of the correct choices to transform highway freight enterprise into the modern logistics enterprise in China, and utilizes the judgement approach of illegibility synthesis to set up the evaluation model of performance of modern logistics enterprise. At the same tune, this paper promulgates that the constitution of strategic decision is the key of the road freight enterprise which change into the logistics corporation, and uses the analytic approach of the level to set up the model of strategic decision. Otherwise, this paper also discusses how the road freight enterprise change into the district logistics and the third party logistics in detail, as well as the adjustment of the road freight enterprise in structure and management form, government countermeasures for adaptation to transformation of the road freight enterprise.
