Property right is the core of personal rights.Only when we have property rights,can we participate in the political behaviour,can we have political rights.By comparing the difference between our country and west countries,we can distinguish the different policy and structure of regime.All above lead to the different opinion to property,so our society is still not ruled by law.In order to remedy the defect,many ways are needed.
