The Reconstruction Of Civil Retrial Procedure

Retrial procedure is the most important system in the civil lawsuit .The reason for retrial legislation is to sentence justly and help the achievement of civil lawsuit .By analyzing the theory basis of civil retrial procedure, the author puts forward the theory of reform of civil retrial procedure system and reconstruct ideology for retrial legislation .This article includes four parts: the first part is the theory summary of the civil retrial procedure ;the second part is the comparison and the analysis abroad ; the third part is the defect of civil retrial procedure ; the last part is the reconstruction of the civil retrial procedure .
