Along with the coming of knowledge economic era, the rapidly changed market requires the enterprise reengineering the existed organization and management mode, building new organization and management mode, which has enough flexibility, self-adaptation, more agility. As a new organization and management mode, the virtual enterprise is regarded and used by more and more enterprise.In this thesis we discuss three key issues that existed in the course of building and operating virtual enterprise. We do quantitative analysis in the selection of supplier, design partner and manufacturing partner by means of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Clustering respectively. In the period of integration we due logistics factors to time and cost and analyze then with diagram. We analyze three mechanisms that trust can be obtained, and the trust mechanism based the informational network of manufacturing resource. We design benefit distribution, market credit and information incentive mechanisms with incentive design model.
