Accounts Receivable Securitization Financing Problems

Asset backed securitizations (ABS) was originated and developed in U.S.A in 70's .now it has been a hot issue in financial area. Accounts receivable is one kind of asset, so Accounts receivable backed securitizations are one kind of ABS. But now, people pay more attention on MBO, systematic research about Accounts receivable backed securitizations are rare, most of relevant essays are fragmentary and introductory.This dissertation attempts to give an inclusive exploration of ABS from financial way. This thesis consists of six parts:Part one, introduce the basic concepts of ABS, the history of ABS in china, and the analyzing of domestic marketPart two, the basic theory of accounts receivables backed securitization.Part three, this dissertation discusses the cost, benefits and risk of this new financialway in a new vision.Part four, discussing the relevant accounting treatment issues of accounts receivable backed securization.Part five, this article focuses on the example of INTERNATIONAL MARINE CONTAINERS (GROUP) CO.LTD, and then, promote the theoretical and practical probe into the feasibility, necessity and other practical problems of accounts receivable in domestic market, at last, it gives a new operation process of accounts receivable for domestic market.Part six, the innovation and the defect of this article.
