As the deep development of china's economy, great changes has taken place in china's financial environment home and abroad compared with that before china adopted the reform and open policy, and the financial market has become a buyer-market from a seller-market. The competition has become more hot, the environment has become more complex, the asymmetric information problem has become more serious, more unknown factors has appeared, so china's financial banks are bound to take more risks in marketing. How to identify all risk factors, how to evaluate the risks, and how to deal with them have become a pressing problem for the financial banks. So it is important to elaborate a evaluating system for the risks and to employ it in the marketing of our nation's commercial banks.From the theory about the marketing of the commercial bank study and current situation of China and foreign countries, by comparing with the marketing of foreign commercial banks, we have discovered the disparity between china's commercial bank and foreign commercial bank, summed up and analyzed the marketing current situation of commercial bank of our country, pointed out the weakness in marketing of our country commercial bank. All this means to emphasize the imperativeness to improving the evaluation of marketing risk for our nation's commercial bank.Then this paper set up an index system for three kinds of important marketing risk factors separately, given the corresponding weight to each kind of risk and to each index of each risk factor, thus got the score of every kind of risk and score of the comprehensive marketing risk, and analyzed this respectively. On the basis of evaluation, the thesis provided corresponding measures of dissolving every kind of risk and mainly presented some relevant measures for two risks that can be dissolved through own efforts.
