Entering 21st century, great changes have taken place in military living environment. It hasbeen launched all round competition aiming the 21st century by every country all over the world.Its crux is economic, military and talent competition. Lots of elements, like international patternadjusting, military field transforming , domestic reforming and opening to the outsideworld, and great changes in military strategic ideology, pound at and impact soldiers of thenew generation. Great changes have taken place in ideological behaviour of soldiers in ourtimes. Military administration faces new situation, new problems, new challenges . Our militaryforces aspire to rank among the world's strong divisions and vigorous brigades, it is verynecessary to train a batch of leadership talents obtaining international advanced administration,and to strengthen the research in this field. Leadership behaviour plays a decisive role in theradical units administration .It impacts and restricts achievements and results of the radicalunits administration.Whether the leadership behaviour is reasonable and effective, it determinesa troop can form core ability, maintain and enhance combat capability, train and developpersonnel . Military is a highly unified, well organized arms group. Military administrationshould be at the forefront of the times. Therefore, it is very necessary to make a research onleadership behaviour in radical units of the PLA. It also maintains a very important practicalsignificance on how to administrate soldiers, train key members, form cohesion, preserve combateffectiveness in radical units. However, the research on leadership behaviour in our forcesis still in the stage of exploring, brewing and embryo. Therefore, it demonstrates the study onleadership behavior in our forces is very arduous, especially, it lacks systematicness andentirety in research on leadership behaviour in radical units administration in our forces.Regarding the leadership behaviour of radical units administrators as a research object ,incorporated with the fruits of current administer science, behavior science and the leadershipbehavior theory, combined with the traditional administration culture and the characteristics ofradical units administration of the PLA, based on the illustration about the characteristics andprocess of the individual behavior, collective behavior and organization behavior of the radicalunit, the dissertation delineates the essence, condition, process and characteristic of theleadership behavior of the radical units and the ways to improve. Leadership behavior is acomplicated action system effected by leader, being led, and leadership circumstancesreciprocally, which in essence is a kind of influence. It comes from power factors and individualquality. Leader's impact determines the effectiveness of his leadership behavior. By making the abroad democratic questionnaire investigation among the soldiers of certain radical units, the statistic analysis about the frequencies of the power enforcement means and natural enforcement in the course of influencing the subordinate , psychology expectation imposed on the radical unit leaders by the soldiers is made. An evaluation criterion system and a fuzzy synthesis judge model is given, which determines the core elements to restrict leader's enforcement , so as to play a guiding significance in the leadership behavior of radical units administration.1 .This dissertation gives an introductions of the latest research fruits on leadership behavior,makes an objective analysis and description of theoretical research development, present situation of the leadership behavior in our country and forces as well.2. Analyse the characteristics and process of the individual behavior, collective behavior and organization behavior of the radical units comprehensively, make a further research on the essence, condition, process and characteristic of the leadership behavior of the radical units and the ways to improve, put forward a concept of core ability in radical units, make a coherence analysis t...
