Academic Entrepreneurs And Business Performance Relationship - For Example, University Teachers Venture

" Academic Entrepreneur" has appeared since 1960s', especially in recent years, the academia has paid attention to it because schoolman start an undertaking in the sustainable development of various countries. With the development at full speed of the knowledge economy,research of the academic entrepreneur and the company is imperative.The basic purpose of this study is to identify the composition of the performance's influencing factors and research the relationship between the influencing factors and enterprise's performance,in order to offer helpful guidance for schoolman to start an undertaking .On the foundation of reading of a large number of references, the author combined the interview and case research to provide the essence, function route of human capital and unique environment of the academic entrepreneur, at the same time classified the enterprise's performance.From the study view of psychology,sociology, management and entrepreneur's innovation, the author put forward the "Three-Dimension Model of Academic Entrepreneur Personal Traits, Human Capital, Entrepreneurial Environment With Enterprise's Performance" in order to build up the theory study hypothesis. Afterward,defined several great respects of the influence factor and designed the questionnaire.84 academic entrepreneurs from 12 universitives as the study object and were surveyed through questionnaires. The study conclusions examined /amended the theory model. Finally the author discussed the suggestion of promoting academic entrepreneur's growth & the prospect of future research on the academic entrepreneur.
