With the development of the social economy in our country, the role of the chain becomes more and more important in the social economical activity. So how to do well in the chain management is a very important topic to the operators for chain. That means to study the key factors in the chain management is very important for theory and very valuable for practice.In this treatise we research the key factors for South & North Medicine company' s chain management by the way of literature researching, accessing and questionnaire investigating on the first step. And use the SPSS 10.0 software to analyze the primal statistical data got by investigated questionnaire. On the base of recall to the development history of the chain management and summing-up to the existing literature, we lucubrate the choice for chain shop, the establishment for the dispatching centers, the establishment for MIS for chain companies and the standard management to get the primal statistical data. Then we use these data in the questionnaire study by the way of statistical analysis which was dealed with by SPSS 10. 0 software to find out there are four key factors in chain management: the choice for chain shop locations, the choice for location and operation of the dispatching centers, the establishment for standard management and the establishment for the MIS.
