Evolution Of Sino-foreign Relations, The Chinese Strategic Resources

After more than 20 years of China's opening-up policy, foreign investors have begun to actively invest in China with different ways. As one of the investment method, joint venture not only attracts huge amounts of foreign capital, but also contributes a lot to enterprise development of China. In the field of theory, relevant expert have had research in terms of the origin, development process and share ratio problems in joint ventures; culture conflict, protection of our benefit after establishing the company; meanwhile, how to make use of joint venture to introduce advanced technology and foreign capital and how to protect our company's brands or trademark have been studied in detail. However, there is little research with respect to strategic resources transition of Chinese enterprises in joint venture relationship. It has very important effect on strategic positioning and future operation to joint venture.To make a conclusion of strategic resources evolution of China's enterprises and future development trend in later ten years, the article analyzes the characteristics of strategic resources in three stages and compatibility of strategic goals in different condition between China and foreign investors. And then, the article analyzes the respective advantages and disadvantages of exclusively foreign-owned enterprise and sino-foreign joint venture, and meanwhile its appeal and future development of joint venture in China. At the end of the article, it fingers out what we should pay much attention to and possible research direction in the future.
