Now this article focuses onthe new changes and new characters of the contradictions and then toanalyze the reasons of why the contradictions are produced. HuJintao said currently it was important to balance the interestsbetween different social groups, to avoid conflicts and to make surepeople live a safe and happy life in a politically stable countryduring building a harmonious society.
