Szq The Integration Of The Logistics System Reconstruction

As a part of supply chain, logistics is called "the third profit source" besides raw material and labor force, and will play an important role in the market competition. Therefore, research on logistics system reconstruction of manufacturing enterprise with traditional logistics pattern is significant for engendering the enterprise competition advantage in China, the world factory in future.Based on the logistics integration project of SZQ Ltd and under the guidance of the combination of theory and practice, the logistics integration reengineering of automobile manufacturing enterprise with traditional logistics pattern is studied in this article from the viewpoint of supply chain management. First of all, on the basis of theoretic method, basal theory of enterprise's logistics integration is analyzed and summarized, and the basic condition of manufacturing enterprise's logistics integration is proposed, which contains business process reengineering, management control integrating, information share system constructing and supply chain collaboration alliance building. Secondly, according to statistical survey, empirical study and unobtrusive research, the logistics system's status quo of SZQ Ltd is analyzed. Considering the global economic integration and our country's WTO entry, the shortage of SZQ Ltd's logistics system is pointed out in the context of supply chain management, which exists in business process, management institutional framework and information management. Thirdly, in terms of modern organization management, business process reengineering, management information system and systems engineering, especially the concrete method of supply chain management, agile logistics management, JIT, card management and stockless management, the logistics system of SZQ Ltd is reengineered from the aspects of logistics business process, logistics process control, logistics information system and supply chain collaboration alliance. And the logisticsbusiness process system based on order demand and JIT distribution, the logistics management organization system based on centralized control, the logistics information system based on information share and the logistics cooperative partner selection model based on supply chain management are constructed. Finally, according to evaluation research approach, four indexes which are delivery situation, agile degree, supply chain cost, and stock fund proportion are used to evaluate and forecast the effect of implanting the logistics integration reconstruction in SZQ Ltd.
