Scientific Concept Of Development And Transformation Of Local Government Functions,

The function of the government has great significance to the development of economy and society. To deep into the transformation of the functions of the Chinese local government is special importance to today's China.The local government is a spokesman for central government. The achievement of the local governmental benefit is in favour of the achievement of the whole country' s benefit. The transformation of the functions of the Chinese local government is beneficial to the achievement of the local governmental so as to achieve the whole country' s benefit.The functions of the government are changeable according to situation and assignment. New development strategy expounded at the 3rd meeting of 16th central congress of Chinese Communist Party calls for the transition of the functions of the Chinese local government . This paper can be divided into four parts. Part one begins with background and connotation of new development strategy.
