| Agriculture is an important department of a country that is developing. And policy, as a direction, has the significant action during its development The Common Agricultural Policy in EU (EC) is the core of common policies, and has contributed to the agricultural development of EU (EC) and the world in 40 years. Although EU was the biggest import country of produce, EU has become the main export country in short time and renewed and developed the agriculture.The Common Agricultural Policy is basically successful. In its early years, the policy did play an important role as far as ensuring the agricultural production and its development as well as underpinning EC's position in agri-produce trading is concerned. At the same time, many questions have appeared. It incurred a heavy burden to the fiscal budget, and cost the consumers very high prices, and taxed payer very heavy duties.While it has many problems, the policy has reformed ceaselessly in order to perfect it. With the important ones have been introduced, we should mentioned the one in 1990's. In this reform, market and price policy that were the core of the policy in the past have changed a lot: there have been shifts from market price support to producers income support as well as the trends to reinforce the structural policies and to support rural developmentA series of reforms have now painted a clearer future for the CAP!This article introduces the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy in EU. From the view of country, I analyze the implementation of the policy and make a perform analysis about it.
