The agritourism is developing as a new style of tourism activity , when the tourism extents to agriculture. The agritourism is a complex type of the tourism, so it' s character is agriculture and tourism in one. Agritourism developed at the end of 1980' s as a new tourism style. It catered for needs of the tourists, such as coming back to nature, the high frequency tour, the short way tour and so on. So it develops rapidly. But the study of the agritourim is only stabilizing on the conception of the agritourism, the development of the resources and the area development of the agritourism, lacking of the systematicness of the academic study.The agritourism in Guangzhou developed with expediting of the urbanisation and the adjustment of the agriculture' s structure. There are favourable natural environment, superior area position, rich economic base and developed science and technology of agriculture in Guangzhou. Guangzhou is one of the fist areas where the agritourism developed. Studying the agritourism in Guangzhou is value in directing the development in China.The paper is surrounding resource----market----product----market,and this is the paper' s masterstroke. There are six parts in this paper: the first part is the introduction of the paper. In this part the overview about the abroad and China is more important, and it also discusses upon the concept of the agritourism, the studying method, the partition of the studying area, the studying frame and the paper' s innovation. The second part at the base of background of agritourism in Guangzhou discusses upon the advantage, the weakness, the chance and the threat in the SWORT method. In this part the paper points out when Guangzhou confronts the threat coming from the near areas and other tourism product in Guangzhou, Guangzhou should unite with them. The third part focuses on the marking orientation, the marking subdivision and the analyze of the tourists'behavior. The paper analyzes the result of the market research, then points out the tourists' marking character is most composed by the adults who have received the higher education. In a trending idea the paper thinks the wide range triangle of Zhjiang as the potential market. The fourth part under the precondition of the market this part analyzes the problems existing in the course of developing, and according to the area of the agriculture resource and the administration Guangzhou is divided into "Zengcheng minor area" "Huadu minor area" "Panyu minor area" "Conghua minor area" and "Dushi minor area" . The five minor areas have their own characters, and they can reinforce each other. The fifth part focuses on the marking advertisement. The agritourism is a kind of ecotourism product, so we should take the ecological idea into application during the development of agritourism in Guangzhou.
