Multivariate Quality Control Diagnostic Theory And Its Applications

Quality Management (QM) is one of the key problems which must be solved by the enterprises in the market economy.QM is paid attention more and more by the managers of enterprises.The quality control and diagnosis are importment contents of quality management and are importment tools to realize the preventive principle and keep the process in statistical control.The paper puts forward a scientifical and reasonable method to multivariate quality control and diagnosis.On the application of T2 charts to multivariate quality control and diagnosis,the author sums up the past experience and creates a method combined the theory of two kinds of quality and T2 charts.It overcomes the shortage of the previous T2 charts and has great value of application.
