Then putting forward some measures of solution to build the high competent human resource team .which including pay attention to recruitment and select the excellent employees, enhance the double-direction communication , provide the employee's development and self-realization with assist, and establish the sharing and team-based corporate culture. The paper intends to give some suggestions for small enterprise to manage high competence knowledge employees.
