China Construction Bank (CCB) is currently pushing a comprehensive internal management system and mechanism to drive forward their vision of a modern stockholding commercial bank. The paper contains eight parts in pursuit of the developing approach on the corporate business product management of CCB in the future.In the first part, it introduces the general situation about the corporate business and product management of CCB from three different sections.The second is mainly about the objectives, analyses, conclusions and limitations on the special survey of the corporate business product management of CCB.From the next part, we can learn development environmental analysis from the following angles: financial supervision, economic macro control, foreign bank product competition, national bank product management, changes of customer demand and tendency of finance mixture, which can bring opportunities and challenges for the development of the corporate business product management of CCB.Based on the environmental analysis, this paper makes research deeply to find one suitable channel for the correlative business development of CCB.Part four puts forward correspondent solutions to help CCB establish systematic ways on corporate business product management information collecting, analysing and back controlling.Part five is mainly about the initial research for corporate business product plan.In part six, it makes research on the problem of the corporate business product management organization construction, which includes such questions as product management organization design, product manager system, the united mechanism of corporate manager and product manager, and product management business training.From part seven, we can know that brand construction is very important for the development of the corporate business product management of CCB, and want to research these following basic issues: branding decision, brand-name decision, brand-strategy decision, and brand-management strategy.The last part will tell us how to study and absorb the advanced experiences on the corporate business product management and new-product development from the globe financial market, and how to make it into reality on the international processing in the short period for the development of the corporate business product management of CCB.
