Circumvention And Circumvention Of The Host Country And Multinational Corporations: Control

The relationship between host countries and transnational corporations (TNCs) is always one of the most important issues in the development of TNCs. The global strategies of TNCs have challenged the national economic security, which causes the regulation of TNCs and the game behavior. To begin with, the thesis looks back the tendency of TNCs policy and then expatiates on the regulation forms in the developing & developed countries. At last, the thesis sets forth the interdependent relationship between host countries and TNCs and puts forward several suggestions on the TNCs policy in China.
