| Along with the global economy continually integrated, since last century 80s, the international trade protectionism has been strengthened. Dumping and antidumping is one of serious problems in modern international trade. As the largest developing country and main trade country, China has been the main target and the first casualty nation.The exported chemical product has been an important ingredient among the Chinese exported commodity. But in recent years, the chemical exported product has been a main target of international anti-dumping against China. If the tendency is not stopped effectively, it will be a large obstacle to Chinese chemical foreign trade. It has been an important practical project how to safeguard the profit of nation and enterprise. This thesis analyses the actuality, character, influence, and causes of antidumping against China's exported chemical product based on expatiating the theory of dumping and antidumping and international antidumping laws.
